A stunning Jaguar F-Type coupe has been caught testing at the Nurburgring
An updated version of the stunning Jaguar F-Type Coupe has been caught testing at the Nurburgring in Germany. It was caught on both road and the track. It is expected that the all new car will be offered for sale in 2017
Currently we do not have any details about the model but the pictures of the new F-type coupe shows that the model will get some nip and tucks on the front and the rear at the same time. While looking at the front of the vehicle, we have noticed that the headlamps cluster is looking very elegant and presumably a full LED. It has been adjusted at the nose of the car alongside the elegant looking Jaguar grille.
What’s new in the F-type?
These pictures don’t show the details of the rear view or even the front view but it is expected that the new production model will be a bit different from the model spied on the track. It will definitely get a facelift as generally the models get in their midlife.
There will be several updates available on the front side with new headlamps and slightly revised bumpers.
Jaguar engines
The S will be badged on the nose and the twin exhaust system hints a turbocharged V6 Jaguar engine to power the coupe when it will arrive in the UK. The range toping F-type R has different engines and configuration.
As far as the Jaguar F-type will be a stylish coupe, it is highly likely that the automaker will tweak the engine for some great performance efficiency on the road. The all new engine will likely to offer more horsepower rather than more miles from each gallon of fuel sipped. It will perhaps decrease few seconds in the 0-62 miles per hour sprint as well.
